Free TheStrat indicators on TradingView, compared
Four free, open-source TheStrat indicators come up most when traders ask what to use on TradingView: TheStrat Suite, The Strat [LuxAlgo], Strat Assistant and Strat Dashboard [TFO]. Each one does something the others don't. We make TheStrat Suite, so read this knowing that; we have tried to describe the others as their own pages do and to say where they are the better pick.
Checked on 2026-10-23 against each script's TradingView page (links at the bottom). Scripts change; if something here is out of date, open an issue and we will fix it.

Which one fits
- You want the trade drawn for you: TheStrat Suite. It is the only one of the four that draws entries, targets and stops and tells you when a setup is in force, with FTFC filtering and alerts that carry the prices. See Signals and Targets & Stops.
- You want a number under every candle: The Strat [LuxAlgo] or Strat Assistant. TheStrat Suite does not print per-candle numbers today.
- You want statistics or PMGs: The Strat [LuxAlgo], which counts candle types and ranks pivot combos.
- You want a compact dashboard with the 50% rule and EMA/VWAP: Strat Dashboard [TFO].
- You want something light that shows continuity at a glance: Strat Assistant.
- You want to scan many symbols at once: none of these four is a multi-symbol screener. Paid, invite-only scanners exist for that.
They can also run together. A common pairing is a candle-numbering script for the bar-by-bar read and TheStrat Suite for levels, continuity and alerts.
